followthatcarpenter
I have 4 receivers to pick from, and I need to start two... 1. Anquan Boldin vs Buffalo - Flacco is inconsistent, but it's Buffalo. You could start one of Buffalo's players against Buffalo and still get points. 2. Jeremy Maclin vs Tennessee - The Titans do have good front 7 that might cause Kolb problems, but Maclin might get a lot of looks with DeSean Jackson injured. 3. Brandon Lloyd vs Oakland - Lloyd has had a great year, but Oakland's pass defense isn't bad. I'm also starting Kyle Orton (Payton Manning is on bye), and I'm not sure I should start a QB and WR from the same team. If the QB struggles, they automatically both struggle. 4. Terrell Owens vs Atlanta - Could be a huge game, or it could be a total bust. It really depends on Carson Palmer. I'm leaning toward Boldin and Maclin right now, but am looking for opinions. We don't have flex options, so I can only choose two of them. PPR league. Edited October 23, 2010 by followthatcarpenter
f00tballguy20
Lloyd and Maclin. DeSean Jackson figures to miss at least one game, so Maclin becomes the #1 WR for a least a week, and you saw what he did last week, right? Brandon Lloyd is the best WR Denver has right now, #1 in yardage overall, and Malcom Floyd just dropped 200 on Oakland. Start him with confidence. Boldin's pretty similar, but he's a close third IMO. I say Lloyd and Boldin, gotta go matchups dude. I am picturing a Tennesse pass rush that includes several sacks on Kolb this week
AHC3
Lloyd and Maclin. I would sit Boldin since Buffalo allows 185 ypg rushing.
