What's the better trade?

So I'm going to trade L. McCoy (Phi). I have too many good RBs on my team. Even with trading him I still have Mendenhall, Foster, and LT. So I'm not worried about losing him as a back. However, two different owners have offered me trades... Which one should I take?

 

L.McCoy and N. Burleson (Det)

for

TO (Cin) and Ricky Williams (MIA)

 

 

OR

 

L.McCory and D. Branch (NE)

for

A. Bolding (Bal) and F. Jackson (Buf)

 

Any advice?

I would just trade mcCoy straight up for boldin if he'll accept it. U dont need the extra players added on.
