Chloroform Rx
Roethlisberger would seem like shoe-in but the matchups seem to tell another story. Roethlisberger: Playes against the #3 pass defense AT New Orleans. What made me want to start him, though, is the fact that NO might be able to score, thus putting PIT in more pass situations. AND he plays Sunday night. Stafford: Plays at home VS. the second worst pass defense (WAS). First game back after his injury. Seems primed for a good game. Jahvid Best is supposed to be back as well. Who is the better start? Edited October 28, 2010 by Chloroform Rx
pistons
I say Stafford is going to have the better game.

doing_it_live
I still feel Big Ben is the safer option, I would wait to see how Stafford played and start him going forward.
willow
I also think Big Ben is the safer option, but I have a feeling that the WAS//DET game could be a shoot-out. It might be a gamble, but I would start Stafford; he's more likely to explode this wk IMO

Stafford could be boom or bust, but I would think Roethlisbeger would be safer as well. If your feeling lucky go Stafford, if you want to play it safe go Big Ben.
