Should I drop M Lewis for Tamme?

Ok I picked up Marcedes Lewis after I lost Finley, and gave up my backup (Shockey) earlier in the season to the WW because I was struggling at WR and RB. I just have a feeling that Tamme is gonna blow it up. Although Garrard is back and I feel like Lewis will get at least 5 catches and maybe a TD. Should I hold out and wait to see how Lewis does or drop him now for Tamme? Either way I need a TE for next week but I dont want to drop anyone ATM till after this week.

I picked up Tamme, mainly because Gonzo is out for this week. I like his potential. He's definately in a better offense than Lewis...take a flier, plus the colts have a great matchup against the Texans secondary.
