Trade Advice Needed

So here's the scenario:

 

My skill players are as follows:

 

RB: Gore, Charles, Wells, JStew, Reggie Bush

WR: Wayne, Wallace, Boldin (bye), Steve Johnson, Anthony Gonzo

TE: Zach Miller, A. Hernandez

 

I've been offered the following trade:

 

Wayne, Miller, and Wells

for

Austin, Maclin, and Fred Jackson

 

First glance to me is it's a NO-BRAINER, but do I trade Reggie Wayne, EVER???

I like it. The only thing I would try is Henderson instead of Miller its worth a try.

I say No....with a capital N. Austin and Maclin are uncertain due to QB's and I think Wells may ourpoint Jackson. The big thing you'd lose is the consistency of Wayne which I'd never deal.
