Which QB to start?

I am trying to decide whether to start Vick or Rothlesberger. I am in a PPY league, no PPR, 6 pts/td 1pt/25 yards (QB), with bonus points for TD's over 40/50.

Lineup this week:

RB's: Charles, Foster

WR's: Crayton, Austin

Flex: Mike Williams

TE: Tamme

D/ST: Saints

Thanks for your help

Roethlisberger only on the basis that Vick is just returning. Many times QBs returning after a lengthy spell need a quarter or two to get back into game mode, and Philly might go run- and short-pass-happy at the beginning of the game. I also suspect that they will limit Vick's rushing attempts the next two games to make sure he is fully healed.

Thanks historymike. Still struggling a bit with my decision. Vick goes against Indy and Ben goes against Cincy, both not bad D's against the pass, and Ben had a bad week last week agains the NO D. Vick had some really big gams before the injury, but against mediocre secondaries. Vick gets Jackson back, but with both coming back from pretty hard hits, maybe they will be gunshy. I am tilting towards Rothlesberger as you say, but I think it is more likely that the Steelers build an early lead and get conservative than the Eagles, who will have to keep gunslinging it to keep up with the Colts.
