BeeR
[rant] You would think that getting a refund for someone who faces a life-threatening illness and had to cancel their flight for that reaason (ie medical complications) wouldn't be hard or a concern as to being contested. In the case of "Access America" insurance (used by Air Tran FWIW) you'd be wrong. I've seen worms on a hook wriggle less than these POSs trying to squirm out of giving us a refund by conveniently interpreting the contact the way THEY want and hanging on more loopholes than Shaq after a slam dunk. Also their claims insurance form looks like it was designed by Towlie. FYI/FWIW. Hindsight's 20/20 for us so I suggest not only reading such policies before buying but calling and asking any questions you can think of, getting as specific as possible and esp paying attention to potential loopholes.
