Best bet for long haul, Doug Martin or Ridley

Recommended Posts

PPR league, I find myself with the luxury of Lynch, Ridley, Martin, & Morris in a league where I can start three RBs. I would like to package Morris plus one of the others for an elite RB or WR.

I want to move Morris as he is the most risky long term given his coach and RG3 vulturing runs & rushing TDs.

I was considering offering Morris, along with Ridley or Martin for somebody like McFadden. Right now, I am leaning towards offering Martin & Morris because I think Doug has the most risk as a rookie (wall?) and on a team that will likely find itself behind and needing to throw more often than Ridley.

Appreciate your input.

Thanks,

CoH

Ridley = higher upside, offense usually playing with the lead and a passing game to be honored, better chance of huge games

Martin= more consistent, more carries, less chance of a big game, but also less chance of a dud

So to me it would come down to what style of player you like most.

i just moved morris last night. i'd actually try to package lynch and morris, but I don't trust lynch for some reason. i have a high opinion of both martin and ridley. i'd definitely hold on to ridley

Not sure why, but I agree with this statement...I think that ridley and morris are going to be your consistant guys. Plus your more likely to land a mcfadden type as I would not trade my McFadden for Morris and Ridley/Martin
