Parmele's got the gig to himself, while Ballard has to deal with Brown (who's getting healthier) and Carter (who's apparently the goal-line guy in Indy).

That said, that Buffalo matchup at home is incredibly tasty. What are your league settings? I like Parmele's chances at a score better, but I like Ballard to get more yards.

Put another way, I can't see Ballard having a bad game -- though with two other backs stealing touches his upside is limited. Meanwhile, Parmele's got the touches -- and the upside -- but with Jacksonville you never know... they could fall behind 21-0 and end up rushing 9 times all day. (Not to mention that Parmele is more of an unknown quantity -- aside from one (decent) game, what do we really know about him?)

In short: Ballard is the safe play, while Parmele is the high-risk, high-reward play. Start accordingly.
