I thought I remembered something from earlier in the season, so here is a little something, and it is quite good-enjoy. Taco Soup Prep-15 mins Cook- low 6 hrs/ high 3 hrs CP-3 1/2 to 4 qt'er 1lb lean ground beef 1 15oz can black-eyed peas, undrained 1 15oz can black beans, undrained 1 15oz can chili beans with chili gravy, undrained 1 15oz can garbanzo beans, undrained 1 14 1/2oz can of Mexican style tomatoes, undrained 1 11oz can whole kernel corn with sweet peppers, undrained 1 1 1/4oz package taco seasoning mik Sour Cream Tortilla Chips Step 1-In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown. Drain off fat. Transfer meat to CP. Stir in beans, tomatoes and corn, and taco seasoning mix. Step 2-Cover and cook on desired temp and time. Serve with sour cream and tortilla chips(use chips like you would crackers). Cheese on top if ya like as well.
