MrTed46
Don't know if this is the right place for it or advise forum so I will make it generic. Alot of leagues now use a cap amount for waiver pickups. For example, you have $50 to make blind bids on any free agent on the WW and the highest bidder gets him. So if you put $5 for Engram and you are the highest bidder you get him and have $45 left to use for the year (for the newbies who don't know about caps). What do you think is a fair % to use week 1? I know this is a hard question but I feel all the good WW moves are made week 1 - 3 and at best bye week fillers are left thereafter (barring injuries). I honestly think spending 30-50% of your cap week 1 - 3 is a wise investment. Thoughts? Edit to add: This is not foy Dynasty leagues where your $ can carry forward into signing RFAs. Re-drafts ony.
