IDP INTERACTIVE

Week 8

 

 

"IDP INTERACTIVE" is a new weekly content piece that will allow people in the forum to ask questions regarding their fantasy teams

and receive a very in depth answer. For this to work and work well questions will need to include some specific information so that

all angles can be looked at and covered. The more info the better!

 

What needs to be included with your questions(Trade questions, WDIS, waiver acquisitions etc):

 

1. Your question.(can be about who to start, trade advice, waiver advice, roster composition, how to assess value of offensive players in a deal etc)

2. Link to your league will be very helpful.

3. Roster(s) (including opponents for match-up reasons)

4. Starting requirements

5. Scoring

 

This is where questions for week 8 are to be submitted.

The catch is that you will have to check the paid content area on Saturdays to see which

question(s) were selected to be answered that week.

 

I (most likely Darin too) will make every effort to answer the questions that are posted in this thread,

they just wont be as in depth as the "IDP INTERACTIVE" answers will be.

 

Here is to hoping that everyone finds this new content an added value to our current IDP content.

If you have any recommendations that may help to make this an even better feature by all means

your input is greatly appreciated.

Hey... For the chance at a free huddle membership... I'll play.

 

FF veteran, but first year involved in an IDP league (12 teams) and still feeling my way around. DL, LB, DB - Must start at least one in each slot, and two flex (max two per position - 5 total). Think I did well drafting, but not sure about what to do for Week 8.

 

Scoring:

 

2 points for every .5 sack

1 point for every forced fumble

3 points for fumble recovery (-3 penalty on the offensive side, if you were wondering)

3 points for interception

1 point per pass defensed

6 points per touchdown

2 points per safety

DL: 1 point per tackle

LB/DB: .8 points per tackle

DL: .5 points per assist

LB/DB: .4 point per assist

 

Current Roster:

 

DL Kyle Vanden Bosch (Is he playing this week?)

DL Jared Allen - bye

LB Chad Greenway - bye

LB Demeco Ryans

DB Nate Clements

DB Chris Harris

 

Roster space is tight, so it would be difficult to drop an offensive player. Obviously can't drop Jared Allen, but I'm not sure about Greenway's and the other's values. Some of the available linebackers on the waiver wire include:

 

Barrett Ruud

Calvin Pace

Gary Bracket

Omar Gaither

Stewart Bradley

 

DL options on the waiver wire include:

 

Juqua Thomas

Dewayne White

Gaines Adams

Shaun Rogers

Tony Brown
