CaptainHook
These kind of things are nothing new. Wayne is a good/not great WR who put up inflated #s when Harrison was repeatedly drawing the top CBs. Now that Harrison isn't really Harrison anymore, it's a diff story. It's not all about an injured ankle. How do you explain Wayne's year last season when Marvin was hurt? In the final 13 games without Marvin he had 88 receptions 1241 yards and 8 TD's? CaptainHook
luck. Again I'm not saying he sucks. Have you seen him play? But you're saying he's a product of Harrison's double teams, which is clearly not the case, as demonstrated last season . . .

CaptainHook
Everyone in 2007 loved playing Texas, KC, Oakland, Atlanta, and Denver The Texans game was BEFORE Marvin got hurt. Denver was the game he got hurt in. So there go two of your games out the window. They also played Jax twice, TB, New England, at San Diego, and at Baltimore. At least you get Detroit this time. Yeah, our schedule has been cake this year. Only the Bears, at Vikes, at Baltimore, at GB, at Pittsburgh, at San Diego, and at Tennessee. WaterMan
They are starting to look like this team: http://www.pro-football-reference.com/teams/clt/1999.htm
CaptainHook
How so? They aren't third in points scored. They're 20th this year. They aren't 17th in points allowed, they're 7th this year. They aren't going to win their division. They aren't going to win 13 games. They aren't -5 in turnover differential, they're +8. They aren't going to have a first round bye. They haven't blown a 21 point lead like they did in 1999. Pretty bad comparison if you ask me.
