"Pen Yds" on this page are the penalty yards charged to the defense of that team? ...or... Are those penalty yards for the defense the penalty yards charged to the other teams they've played while they were on defense? Do you add them together to see how much each franchise has been penalized (in which case, OAK would be leading the league w/ 1,785 penalty yards this year) ... or ... is it some sort of differential (in whcih case, BAL would be leading the league since their offense has been hit with 248 fewer penalty yards than their defense has caused the opposing offenses to commit) ???
