Last year, I remember there being a toll free number that commissioners could use to get live, free, help for questions you had on setting up the league, scoring, etc. It was a nice touch, finally, to give us that (I mean, it's the most expensive site out there, so it was about freakin' time!) If you are having trouble with logging into the site, or are experiencing difficulty in paying for a product, you may acquire assistance by calling: 1-877-266-6474 (toll-free 8:00 AM ET to Midnight ET. 7 days a week.) Please be aware, the representatives that respond via this phone number can only provide assistance with product access or payment issues. All in game, or technical support questions should be submitted by clicking “Help,” located in the upper left corner of every page within your fantasy league. If you are unable to find the answer to your question in the Help Center’s knowledge base, you will find a tab at the top of help window labeled "Ask a Question". - Click Ask a Question to engage the process of submitting your question to the support staff dedicated to our fantasy products. After you’ve filled in the Subject line and question area on the form – click Submit Question. - You’ll be presented a preliminary responses to your question which may resolve your inquiry immediately. - If you have determined that the returned responses don't answer your question, click on Finish Submitting Question. You will then receive a Confirmation Page on the screen and also in your email box that is associated with your Account. In that Confirmation will be a reference number to your Submitted Question. Responses to your Questions can be viewed both through your email as well as in the "Mail Center" area above.
