If you have the 1st in a redraft league, there is about 6 RB I would take before Charles, not to mention the 4 WR'S I would take and the 1 TE I would take before Charles. Possibly Charles. Like mow7 said, aim for players, but don't try and lock them into your strategy, outside of the first 3-4 picks.
