You made the statement that Watkins was far superior. You have done nothing or said anything to support that claim. Again they had the exact same stats their JR year at Clemson...Watkins had 20 more catches and Hopkins had 6 more TDs. The draft is always way to high on pure speed and we have seen that over and over again...Darrius Heyward Bey ring a bell? Prove to me he was a superior talent at Clemson than Hopkins and I will concede that he can produce like Hopkins in the NFL.

Can you explain far superior to me? Hopkins is one year older, there Junior years were similar. Hopkins is taller, Watkins is faster. Hopkins has upped his game in the NFL while Watkins has gotten hurt. I can stat drop later if you insist, but would rather you explain far superior first.

Not sure how that will be different than any year. I feel like there's always sophmore busts every year. And there are always hyped rookies. Year in year out. Branden Cooks is a good example for this year. Its the nature of Fantasy. Once the excitement trains leaves the station its tough to roll it back in before it crashes and burns. Which Rookie Receivers do you perceive to be a solid option next year?

Can you tell me that Murray and McCoy won't blow ACLs Sunday? I'm really glad his guy isn't the commissioner of my leagues...

They dubbed it defenseless receiver. My favorite was Mike Carey telling everyone it will be ruled a catch because he was able to catch and protect himself. If you're able to protect yourself how are you defenseless?

In the PPR you said I probably couldn't disagree with you more that he's not a starter based on stats. Looking at the links that stevegarb posted you're telling me that a guy that who finishes in the top 25 each week, (I understand that 20 WRs are starting in the context of this conversation), isn't a starter? Fantasy is about consistency and points. Week 2: Guys that finished above him that aren't started: James Jones, Austin, Avant, Randle Week 3: Guys that finished above him that aren't started: Matthews, Brown, Kerley, S.Johnson, Royal...I'm leaving out Austin, Hawkins, and Hopkins where there could be a case made for but still. When looking at the rankings you have to eliminate the outliers for guys that don't produce typically. Based on 3 weeks of data he's starter in PPR.

Not sure where the Mike McCarthy thing about running the football comes from. Last year with Rodgers as QB Lacy averaged 22 carries (I removed Week 2 Concussion, and Chicago game where Rodgers got hurt), and 84 yards, He had 4 TDs in that span of 6 games. Once Wilkerson got the boot last game Lacy was able to run the ball just fine. Two good defenses that can stop the run. Pretty sure Detroit knows with all of their CB injuries if they play one deep safety against Rodgers it will be a long day for them. You can bench him...I'm not doing it.
