  1. I am inclined to agree, but Forte's numbers have steadily declined since week 1... ?
  2. Not PPR Right now I have: Eli Manning Josh Freeman Matt Forte Zac Stacy Bryce Brown Brandon Jacobs David Wilson Brandon Marshall P Garçon Josh Gordon Victor Cruz Jon Baldwin AZ d Akers
  3. This is tough, I have been struggling at QB an RB all season and looking to shake things up. Waiver wire is slim. Trade was offered to me. Should I pull the trigger? I would get bell and romo
  4. I agree about Seattle D but really? You gonna start any of those guys over Steve Smith? Can you really justify that? If it were a toss up, sure, but what if Smith goes Bonkers and Austin and shorts do nothing. What would your initial reaction be? You can't say "oh well, Shorts ( or Austin ) is as good as smith so it could have gone either way" now if you were talking about Desean Jackson or a Vincent Brown, then you could make the argument but with Gabbert unproven and Austin fresh out the box, you gotta role with Jennings and Smith Please see mine: http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/403719-wdis-ck2k-or-aaron-rodgers/#entry3849163
  5. I would pull the trigger, your wide receiver spots are weak. You can easily get Murray's production out of Ryan Mathews this season, I think Rivers will rely on him as a receiver out of the backfield
  6. Thanks guys, Yeah, I don't normally play the matchups but SF is such a strong defense and GB d is suspect. So far I have two people that feel the same as I do, anyone else want to weigh in here?
  7. You are trading apples for apples here. I just don't see enough to make me like one over the other. No way should you be judging Davis based on last season. Davis is a stud and will be relied upon with no clear options beside Boldin, Davis will bounce back big this year. Witten did catch 110 balls last season for over 1000 yards but only had 3 touchdowns. Out of those 110 receptions, only 15 targets were in the RZ, but Austin and Bryant with the emergence of Harris in the slot will out Witten on the decline. Either way, both are top flight tight ends and trading one for the other is not going to make a huge difference. Vernon does have way more upside though. With 110 catches Witten had 63 points for the season in standard formats. Vernon Davis had 51 points with only 31 receptions and should triple his production this year. I'd sit tight. 8. SJAX, Vereen, MJD and Colston Vereen is going to catch a lot of balls out of the backfield. He even lines up at WR. With Hernandez gone and Gronk out for week one, Vereen becomes a great flex option. Please see mine: http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/403719-wdis-ck2k-or-aaron-rodgers/
  9. Peyton, Definitely! I bet he throws at least 5 touchdowns!
  10. I love Jennings when healthy. His ability to get separation and his clean routes combined with his 7 years experience give hime the edge over Givens for me. AP makes it impossible to not put 8 in the box so Jennings will see a lot of single coverage which he beats. I put Bradford and Ponder at the same level. Please see mine: http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?/topic/403719-wdis-ck2k-or-aaron-rodgers/
  11. MJD, Charles and WILSON!!! I know I'm a Giants Homer... but that said, I have not been this excited about a running back, EVER! I nearly chives out of my eyes when I waited till round three and someone picked him before it got back to me. This kid is special and by the end of the season, there should be no debate. Plus Cincy is stingy against the run. Dallas? Not so much.
  12. Reports are that Bradshaw is going to get the lions share of the carries. He is also great receiving out of the backfield. As a Giants homer, I can tell you that is one of the things I will miss the most about AB. So PPR? I would go with Bradshaw. Romo does not like to through to his RB. Plus I am hearing that the new kid Randle is going to spell Murray often to keep him fresh and healthy. That coupled with Giants focus on stopping the run this year (they added a lot of big bodies up front and Shaun Rogers is actually healthy this season and playing very well) and I gotta say, I would run with AB. I, for one, can't wait to watch him, he runs angry and will get the most out of all his touches.
  13. QB scoring in my league: 1 pt per 100 yards, 4 pts per TD rushing 1 pt. per 20 yards and 6 pts per TD. I don't imagine Rodgers will have his highest yardage totals in this game and I am expecting 2, maybe 3 touchdowns through the air. Is CK2K actually more valuable than Rodgers given he scoring system? I'm used to standard scoring so I'm a little confused.
  14. Peterson and Martin are a lock. I have waited the entire season and my patience has paid off! David Wilson is finally getting an opportunity against one of the softest run defenses in the league. Problem is, I had my best draft ever this season! I really want to start Wilson. I have a 25 pt lead going into this week (2 week cumulative round). Who would you sit for Wilson, Cruz, Marshall or V.Jackson? Please help, my brain is melting over this!
