  1. I'd take Forsett. They seem to be giving him the ball more, and the fact that the Steelers have such a solid defense and Ray Rice is injured makes me go with Foresett.
  2. Another vote for Maclin. As for the defense start Tennessee, Miami is starting to look pretty solid on offense. I'm leaning towards Palmer at Cleveland. Bears have a good pass defense, limited Rodgers to one td and picked him off. Alex Smith I just can't trust, so Palmer against a fairly bad Cleveland defense is my pick.
  3. Hey guys, So I was offered a trade in my 10 team non ppr league. I would Receive: Ryan Mathews Vincent Jackson I would give away: Jahvid Best I'm leaning towards declining this trade, as we have seen how much Detroit relies on Best. Mathews is nicked up, and hasn't really shown much in his first few games, and who knows what is going on with Vincent Jackson. What do you guys think? Thanks! Team: 10 Team League: QB: Phillip Rivers, Chad Henne RB: MJD, Cedric Benson, Ricky Williams, Jahvid Best, Cadillac Williams WR: Miles Austin, Greg Jennings, Wes Welker, Percy Harvin, Malcolm Floyd TE: Chris Cooley, Jeremy Shockey D/ST: Bengals K: Mason Crosby
  4. If you are thinking about dropping Malcolm Floyd for him I wouldn't do it IMO. Floyd will most likely be Rivers #1 WR and should have a great year. I know Favre is back, and Harvin is having his migraine problems, but I would still stick with Floyd.
  5. I agree with the wait thing, but if I had to pick one now it would be Maclin.
  6. Apparently Norv Turner has a man crush on Mathews, and really wants to give him the ball a lot. He has shown a lot of promise and I wouldn't be surprised of he got more than 10-12 TD's.
  7. I am another one who is saying Steve Smith, but each receivers has pros and cons. Eli now has the increased option of Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham is still there, so Smith's numbers might be down slightly. Harvin probably will be have those problems with his migraines, so I wouldn't want to trust him when his health is a factor. In my opinion, I'd go with Smith.
  8. Hey guys I forgot to make one of my picks in the live draft for my league and now I am in a running back pickle. I currently have MJD and Ryan Mathews as my starters, with Justin Forsett in the RB/WR slot. I have Ahmad Bradshaw on my bench, and in a desperate attempt to find someone I picked up Jonathon Dwyer. It seems however that Dwyer may not be good this year, and may not even make the Steelers team. Some of the options available on waivers are Julius Jones, Jason Snelling, and all the Pats running backs except Maroney. Thanks!! I am in a 12 team non ppr league. 12 Team League: QB: Joe Flacco, Chad Henne RB: MJD, Ryan Mathews, Justin Forsett, Ahmad Bradshaw, Jonothan Dwyer WR: Desean Jackson, Steve Smith (NY), Santana Moss, Malcolm Floyd, Devin Aromashodu TE: Greg Olsen, Zach Miller D/ST: Giants K: Lawrence Tynes
  9. I actually like your team. You have an excellent starting QB, and 2 fairly good rb's. Your receivers are also good, and you have one of the best TE's. I would say you have a pretty good shot with this team IMO. People are saying Wells is going to have a big year. Maybe start Jericho over Braylon, not too sure on that though.
  10. Vick seems too indecisive and inconsistent if you ask me. I thought Kolb looked good, even though he could have had like 2 throws picked off.
  11. I would say Fred Jackson, but since both Jackson and Lynch got injured I am going to say CJ Spiller. He will be able to prove himself further in the preseason. They are saying that Jackson is going to be out up to six weeks, and that means that he could miss the first game.
  12. I am avoiding him. I don't want to take a chance with him, or anyone for that matter when it comes to situations like this. Considering he probably will miss the majority of the season, I wouldn't risk it. Keep in mind San Diego has some nice wide receivers that will become big targets for Rivers. A guy I like a lot is Malcolm Floyd.
  13. Hey guys, I'm in a 12 team league and missed my pick so it decided to autopick and gave me Lee Evans. I really don't like that quarterback situation in Buffalo, so I decided to drop Lee and pick up Malcolm Floyd. Since Vincent Jackson probably isn't going to be showing up anytime soon, Floyd should become a much larger target for Rivers. Was this a good or bad move? Thanks! 10 Team League: QB: Phillip Rivers, Chad Henne RB: MJD, Cedric Benson, Ricky Williams, Jahvid Best, Cadillac Williams WR: Miles Austin, Greg Jennings, Wes Welker, Percy Harvin, Malcolm Floyd TE: Chris Cooley, Jeremy Shockey D/ST: Bengals K: Mason Crosby 12 Team League: QB: Joe Flacco, Chad Henne RB: MJD, Ryan Mathews, Justin Forsett, Ahmad Bradshaw, Leonard Weaver WR: Desean Jackson, Steve Smith (NY), Santana Moss, Malcolm Floyd, Devin Aromashodu TE: Greg Olsen, Zach Miller D/ST: Giants K: Lawrence Tynes
  14. I have been offered a trade in a 10 team league. The trade is asking for Boldin, and in return he will give me Jennings. I am leaning towards accepting the trade and receiving Jennings, but since Flacco finally got a good receiver would Boldin be the one to keep? 10 Team, Non PPR. Team: QB's: Phillip Rivers and Chad Henne RB's: Ricky Williams, Cedric Benson, Jahvid Best, MJD WR's: Malcolm Floyd, Anquan Boldin, Miles Austin, Wes Welker, and Percy Harvin TE's: Jeremy Shockey, Chris Cooley Thanks!
