Judge Smales
Owner panicing or packing it in already? This trade just happened in one of my leagues. Seemed pretty lopsided to me. 12 team, redraft, perf scoring. QB, 2RB, 3WR, TE, K, D; No PPR Team A gives up Michael Turner, Steve Smith(CAR), and Dev. Henderson for Kevin Smith, Terrell Owens, and B Stokley The way I see this is; Turner > Kev Smith SSmith > TO Henderson > Stokley Or should I look at it differently to see the point of Team A making this trade? Team A is a new owner in our league so I really don't have any history on him if he is a "smart" owner. These two owners are brothers. I just can't see the logic behind Team A making this deal. Perhaps some of the guys out here that are smarter than me can help me out. Their Rosters pre-trade (minus K and D) Team A Favre, Brett; Manning, Peyton Bush, Michael; Johnson, Larry; McClain, Le'Ron; Turner, Michael; White, LenDale Chambers, Chris; Cribbs, Josh; Evans, Lee; Henderson, Devery; Jenkins, Michael; Smith, Steve Scheffler, Tony; Shiancoe, Visanthe Team B Brady, Tom; Stafford, Matthew Gado, Samkon; Maroney, Laurence; Rice, Ray; Smith, Kevin; Stewart, Jonathan Ginn Jr., Ted; Manningham, Mario; Moss, Randy; Owens, Terrell; Schilens, Chaz; Stokley, Brandon; Washington, Nate McMichael, Randy Witten, Jason Edited September 30, 2009 by Judge Smales
Judge Smales
The logic on this is Team A thinks he is getting better WR's than he is giving up. Not sure I still see this, is TO + Stokley really better than SSmith + Dev Henderson?

Judge Smales
One brother screwed the other or one brother is helping the other, take your pick. I'm trying to figure out which one is correct. Trying to make sure it's not the one helping the other. I'd hate to approve this and find out it was the latter. This type of crap is what I don't like about being the commish in a league. Guys won't respond to trade offers unless it's with their buddy / brother / etc. and then when they do make trades they are one-sided. There I feel better.
