I've only found one site that allows for a non-managing commissioner... Fleaflicker! What's up with that? I'm in a league full of conspiracy-theorists and collusion-sleuths, so the silent co-manager work-around won't do. Are there other options?

I'm in a 10 team Yahoo PPR league. I'm in first place and the Commissioner is in 2nd place. I made a trade today with a team in 9th place. I have Pierre Thomas and she gave me TY Hilton. I offered her Andre Ellington or Pierre Thomas for TY Hilton and she chose Thomas. The Commissioner vetoed the trade. There was no collusion on our parts. She needs RBs and I need WRs. They are projected (on Yahoo at least) to score about the same number of points this week. Thomas - 11 pts and Hilton - 13 pts. I would really appreciate opinions on this. I believe that a trade should not be vetoed unless there is collusion which there is not here. It is not the Commish's job to substitute his value of the value of a player for someone else's. Thoughts really appreciated.
