rwwilk
Huddlers, I am in my league's Super Bowl this week and am having difficulty deciding which two WRs to start (especially given the lackluster performances 3 of the 4 put forth last week). Bulger/Bledsoe/McCown/Big Ben R (start 1) Alexander/LJohnson/Dillon (start 2) Holt/Moss/Ward/DJackson (start 2) Cooley/Heath Miller Falcons D Rackers/Tynes I think I am going to start McCown as well as Alexander, LJohnson, Cooley, the Falcons D and Rackers. I get stuck when deciding who to start at WR though. I am tempted to start DJackson after last week's performance but the Colts D and the Seahawks great receiving corps cause me concern. SMoss has not been what he was in the middle of the season, though he is good for 60-70 yards a game (but no TDs). However, starting both Cooley and Moss troubles me as I like to diversify my lineup, especially with the Redskins offense being so inconsistent this year. Holt's numbers have suffered in Bulger's abscence and Ward's numbers have declined with Big Ben's thumb troubles. Right now, I am leaning towards starting Holt and Moss (and Cooley), but I would appreciate any and all input! Happy Holidays! Thanks, Ryan
gijunky
Your options are good, but I would like them better if Holt were 100%. I think that has had more to do with his decreased production than Bulging being out. That being said, you have Holt vs. 49ers S. Moss vs. Giants D. Jax vs. Colts Ward vs. Browns Holt - got to start him unless he is hurt S. Moss - poor game vs. Giants earlier + redskins running ball 60% of the time (according to Huddle) = decreased production from Moss D. Jax vs. Colts - emphasis will be on Alexander, so DJax may get limited looks Ward vs. Browns - good game (124yds + TD) earlier in year; Ward is healthy I say go with Holt and Ward. Moss and DJax will both see much of their opportunities go to their respective RBs. The only thing in DJax favor may be the Colts resting some of their defensive guys. Good luck
