Turner will not play enough to warrant playing, and Anderson splits time with Bell and Dayne. No RBBC or worry about getting enough carries with TJ. Easy call. QB - Not an easy call. I'd start Johnson over Favre going against the Bears. If your league gives you negative points for interceptions and fumbles, then I predict Favre is gonna get negative points this week. Good luck!
