PantherDave
WolfPack Looking good-handed Duke a win at Cameron, but ya gotta hit shots, as scoring stopped a little over 6 minutes to go in the second half-Duke goes on to win by a score not indicative of the quality game it was- another nightly classic in the ACC,best conf in the nation-evey year-hands down. The WolfPack is a very balanced team as we, yes we-WolfPack Alumni Class 93, are poised to make a deep run in March. We have Duke and the Heels in Raleigh for second half of conference play. The Packs three losses-at Chapel Hill, in Cameron, and at Iowa. Wins at BC, ND in Wooden Classic, and Tusgeloosga(sp)vs the Tide. Pack playing great team DT, and Cedrick Simmions right now has to be the front runner for ACC 1st team C ahead of Sheldon Williams, as Duke won the game, but Simmions won the battle of big men-smacking Sheldon's lay up attempt off the glass, is vindicative of how he's played all year. Also, the thing I always have seen with Herb, is that he has become a better coach with each year he's had-people give him grief, but he has put it together the last 3-4 years. WolfPack stands 15-3, 4-2 ACC, Ranked 14th and I'm sure their RPI is very good as well(liked to see it if someones gotta link).Setteled in for ACC Season. billay
Heels lose a tough one at home to BC. The pack gets thumped by Seton Hall?
PantherDave
Pack used alot legs in the come back vs Wake, it looked like they just didn't have any legs vs the Hall. Pack just hit the wall that night I'm afraid, and Sendeck ripped em pretty good for not showing up that night. Sunday(today) vs Clemson should be a nice barometer-see if they are back focused, need it, as the only good thing about the thumping by the Hall, is that it was not a conf loss. Duke and the Packs loss's dropped the conf to third in the RPI, but the Heel's helped out with a win vs Arz.
