Missoula Griz
How does one get approved for FHA mortgage origination? Goverment loans have fat SRP's. I cant help you on how to get approved. We have underwriters in my office who are approved to underwrite FHA and VA. The negative is government loans have a maximum loan amount much lower then the conforming limit. Our FHA limit is only 220k, and most homes in our market sell for much more then that. Good luck.
