SF409ers
Colts Fans are just worried about their whupping coming in two weeks. Just by your screen name and sig line I have a strange feeling you probably just started watching football a few years ago and have jumped on the Pats bandwagon as you are still trying to figure out how this whole game they call football actually works
Dave Sherman
Despite what ceratin people on this board may tell you, there is an unwritten code of conduct in the NFL. Running up the score to embarrass a team or to set personal records is overwhelmingly looked down upon. Kind of like a Manning/Clark 35yd TD pass with 3:58 left in the game while up by more than 2 td's on MNF? Good thing Manning and the Colts never "run up the score" huh? Especially considering that Clark was wide open by 10 yards and how bad Indy's kick coverage team is. You didn't hear me say a peep about Brady throwing on three of five plays (including the TD to Welker) in the fourth quarter when the Pats were up 42-21. Is that running up the score as well?
