Doug Morgan
Brady vs. Was or Big Ben @ Cin I would normally think a no brainer but Big Ben is playing the Cincinnati secondary... the one Pennington put up numbers against... yeah... If it matters my opponent has Welker and Randy Moss and QB only get 4pts for TDs vs 6 for receivers
txpkrbkr
In situations like these, I have to play them out. Brady throws 5 TDs. 3 to Moss & 2 to Welker. That's 20 points to you and 30 points to your opponent. Nets out to (-10) points for you. Big Ben throws 3 TDs. Insert WR names here. That's 12 points to you while your opponent is still getting 30 points thanks to Brady. Nets out to (-18) points to you. My logic is this: Brady is going to be Brady (Manny being Manny?). He's gonna throw 4, 5 or 6 TDs every week regardless of the matchup. Big Ben will throw 2 or 3 TDs and let Willie Parker do the rest. If Brady's gonna throw those TDs anyway, you might as well keep pace with your opponent as best you can. And who knows...this could be the week for Donte Stallworth, Kyle Brady or Mike Vrabel! Who are your other players if you don't mind me asking?
