Ph.Demons
Hello all, I'm sitting at 4-4 with a huge stretch run to determine my playoff fate. I'm in a 12-team league that starts 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1Flex (RB/WR/TE). Scoring is 1 pt per 10 for RB/WR, .5 PPR for WR's only. The following deal crossed my desk this morning ... Give up: RB - Shaun Alexander (SEA) RB - Cedric Benson (CHI) WR - Torry Holt (STL) Gain: RB - Steven Jackson (STL) WR - Marvin Harrison (IND) Def/ST Indianapolis My other RB's are Kevin Jones & Selvin Young. Benson and Alexander have been killing me due to underproduction this year My other WR's are Chad Johnson, Larry Fitzgerald, and Santana Moss. Holt has been good for the dome/home games. Have been starting a 3rd WR for flex position each week (don't see that trend stopping). With the injury concerns of both SJax & MHarrison, should I do this deal? I think it weakens me for the short term, but w/ INDY's playoff schedule in mind (and my main division rival having Peyton), I'm tempted to pull the trigger and get rid of the underperforming Shaun & Cedric. I guess it boils down to Harrison's bruised knee and Jackson's bulging back. W.W.Y.D.?
bigdre13
Don't do it, Marvin AND Steven are Gimpy and I REALLY think Shaun will turn it around starting this week, stick with your team, it should produce. Please see mine.
