Despite being pulled in the third period of a 6-1 loss in Game Three, Hasek surrendered just five goals in the Red Wings' four wins as they eliminated the Blues from the playoffs for the FOURTH TIME IN SEVEN YEARS. I said he was playing better in the playoffs than Hasek and the numbers prove that. Hasek won the series because he had the better team in front of him, but Johnson has a better goals against average and save percentage in the playoffs than Hasek.
