muck
I don't know how to fix anything technology-wise (can I get an 'amen' Kid Cid?)... A direct quote from MSFT Outlook's Send/Receive Progress box's "error" tab: "Task 'mail.___________.com - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC78): 'Unable to send the message. Please verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded: 530.5.7.0 Authentication required.' ............................. What in the world does that mean? Why would it work yesterday and not work today?
Kid Cid
If you're still having problems muck, the best place to go for answers on things Microsoft is their newsgroups. In this case news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlook.general will take you to a newsgroup that should be able to at least rule out anything MS related and point you to the offending party (most likely your ISP).
