There are companies that do this... just look at the return envelope.... back when I workd for Shearson Lehman Bros(87) one of the brokers had a Dr. as a client and he would take our pre-printed(Shearson in the return address area) envelopes and he would just write the Brokers name on the envelope with no address and no stamp and the PO would return the envelope to us as needing postage and an address.
