I've got Garcia as my QB and am pretty happy with that spot play but TE is another issue. TEs have been so hit or miss this year unless their name is Witten. Right now I have Fasano. Do I keep him or pick up someone on the waiver wire? Non PPR, 10 yards = 1 pt, 6 pts for all TD. Available: Tood Heap Roll the dice? I know he has nothing so far but maybe? I don't follow the Browns very closely and have never heard the name of Winslow's backup because it never seemed to matter. With him out, do the Browns still use their TE as if he was there?
