drew6236
I have: QB: Garrard, Orton RB: Barber, Forte, Charles, McFadden, Rhodes WR: TO, L. Evans, Reggie Williams, Roy Williams, Mush, Josh Morgan TE: Gates I can start up to 3 RB's and 2 WR's OR 2 RB's and 3 WR's QB Scoring: 50 yds = 1 point, TD = 6 pts RB/WR Scoring 10 yds = 1 point, TD = 6 pts An offer is out there where I give TO and Charles and I get Brees. I'm leaning towards it. Do I accept? Edited November 8, 2008 by drew6236
mk53220
I dont know I think you wil be weak at WR once TO leaves espically once Romo comes back. Id still do it though caue Garrad isnt much and who knows when Orton comes back. Brees will be a top 3 QB rest of the year
drew6236
I figured WR was the easiest position to get help off of free agent wire...I think having Brees would even make up for my WR being weak. That's what i'm telling myself anyway
ts
Not sure that I'd want to count on Evans & Morgan (or Roy) carrying my WR production for the rest of the season, but if you think that Brees will more than compensate for that and/or there is WR waiver wire gold to be had in your league, then pull the trigger ... but I'd think carefully before you do.
