How much have your health costs risen?

I pay about $800 / month, and every month, I wonder why I keep paying.

 

Good chance that if my wife and I decide that this is our last kid, that I'll get snipped and we'll buy some sort of 'catastrophic' plan (covering heart transplants and the like) and kabosh the "low copay, low prescription" parts of the plan that cost a TON but do not get used enough to make them worth our while (right now).
