Capt. Stanky
I'm not going to get into all the specifics, but let's just say this year has been my worst FF year to date since I started playing back in 98. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong whether it be playing the wrong guy or dealing with underperforming and injuries. With all the strife I've had to endure I feel I've done a masterful job at rebuilding the core of my team. My roster is almost completely different compared to last year. The league isn't really a Dynasty league. We can keep up to 10 players from year to year. It's a 8 team H2H PPR league where we start 2 QB's. If you've never played in a 2 QB league it makes QB's every bit as valuable as RB's. Here was my roster before the season started: QB's (start 2) Palmer Roeth Bulger RB's (start 2) Addai RBrown JLewis WR's (start 3) Braylon Ocho Colston TE (start 1) Witten This squad went to the superbowl in my league last year. It's funny how bad that team looks on paper for this year. Here's my new and improved squad: QB's Romo Rivers Palmer Quinn RB's Forte S-Jack MJD Addai WR's Andre Johnson Braylon It's still hard for me to believe that I was able to change the entire landscape of my team this season. No one in this league (the 6th year keeping 10) has ever had this kind of depth at QB and RB. Obviously I would love to be able to trade say Addai and Quinn for a stud WR, but I'm sure with all the pieces I have to play with that shouldn't be a problem at some point. What do the Huddlers think of my new squad for next year? Sorry for being so long winded. Edited December 4, 2008 by Capt. Stanky
Capt. Stanky
Come on! No one has made a comment on how great of a FF Manager I am? Are you guys going to force me to keep tooting my own horn?
