Randall Posted June 19, 2009 Share Posted June 19, 2009 Now that the Supreme Leader has spoken Richard Engel said the attitude in Iran from the students is bring it on. Wow I faced down cops and soldiers in the 60's but this is far different. They didn't mow students down. They say they coming out at 7AM for further protests. This could be bloody but also exciting. I'm not sure what i would do in such a situation. The Guardian Council does have the power to replace the Supreme Leader if they so desire.
