dmarc117 Posted July 28, 2009 Share Posted July 28, 2009 ******************** so last year i buy a 50in plasma. best buy has the no interest til 2011 so i say what the hell. put it on the best buy card and would make small payments til the due date. i'll take free money any day. i set up everything on my bank website to pay automatically every month. well for some reason, this weekend i decide to check my online statements. for the last 2 months, my payments have been 1 day late and they have charged me a $40 late fee!!!!! so i call them and start to complain. they say you didnt get the change of terms memo in the mail??? supposedly they changed the length of terms from 25 days to 23 days. a quick way to make some big cash on late fees from those that dont check. so they credited the late fees after much complaining. so just check your autopayment accounts to make sure your checks are gettin there on time. ******************** Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
