Swashbucklers Posted July 30, 2009 Share Posted July 30, 2009 So I bought an old Motorola cable box at a garage sale, thinking I could get it for the play room so I wouldn't get stuck watching Noggin or Nick Jr. all the time. I have read that comcast will not activate them (but haven't tried) because most of them are not returned or are stolen. Do any of you know of a way that I can get the thing to work without contacting Comcast? Or a way that I can get them to activate it even though I didn't buy it at a store or from them? TIA.
