Anyway in fairness I'd like people to know that I dialed 1-877-266-6474 for customer service. I was on hold for about 5 minutes and then helped by a very polite person and my login problem was fixed in about 2 minutes. Just wanted to put it out there for the people that may need help and think (from reading some posts here) that they have no customer support.
