I don't think you're crazy, but I do think Leon is a little overrated (not as a player, but as a fantasy option) right now. I'm not a big Julius fan, but the Mora seems pretty committed to him and that offense is looking pretty good. If you're not in a PPR, I think I would definitely stick with Julius for now. If you are in a PPR, it's a tougher call. I'd start both of them over Bush and Buckhalter this week even thought I think Bush and Buckhalter could both turn in solid games.
