briskema1
I am in a 10 team PPR league and I have sproles on my roster. Shockingly, Benson is available on our waiver wire. Should I drop Sproles to pickup Benson? Sproles is great but will have LT cutting into his touches. On the other hand Benson is the true #1 and is getting plenty of touches. Which won has more value over the course of the season?
BearBroncos
Depends on your bench. I'd hold onto Sproles as long as possible and try to trim some other fat off your bench if at all possible. And if you own LT, don't lose Sproles. briskema1
Dont have LT, thank goodness. Our league only allows us to carry (3) backs at a time so not much fat to trim. Right now I have McGahee, Forte and sproles on the roster. With Forte bombing out like he has I need some help. Sproles is good but I am worried when LT comes back his production will fade. goons
sproles will prob score more points when he starts, but as soon as LT is healthy... sproles' value is limited. I say benson has more long term value as the a starter in a system where he doesn't share carries.
