Which RBs and WRs?

Recommended Posts

Hey guess I recently found this site and I need some help for my starting lineup. I am in a league where you play 2 RBs and 2 WRs so remember that.

Heres the RBs I have... Glen Coffee (SF), Tim Hightower (ARI), Julius Jones (SEA), and Rashard Mendenhall (PIT).

Now which two of those should I play. I was thinking Coffee and Hightower because I don't expect another giant performance out of Mendenhall but you never know.

Now for the WRs, I have... Jerricho Cotchery (NYJ), Bernard Berrian (MIN), Brandon Marshall (DEN), and Kevin Walter (HOU).

As for this one I was leaning toward Berrian and Cotchery, but with Braylon Edwards coming to town I'm not so sure.

Any help here?

EDIT: Also I just saw Clinton Portis is available in Free Agency. Do you think I should pick him up?

Start Mendenhall and Portis at RB. Parker is still hurt, ARI is still a passing team; JJ is still weak, and Coffee is still unproven (admitted, Portis has sucked thus far)

Your receivers are terrible when compared to your runners, but don't count on edwards doing anything meaningful in his first few weeks (think roy williams last year), so cotchery is as good as he was pre-trade. after that its a berrian or marshall question. i'd take marshall because i don't think that the vikes will need to throw that much this week.

please look at my question http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=301479
