Happy Hour
My league plays 2 RB, 2 WR, 1WR/RB flex. Scoring is 20 yds/pt and 6 pts/TD (Heavy TD league). My current RBs are Peterson, Portis (has been sucking), and C. Taylor (handcuff) My WRs: S. Smith (NYG), C. Johnson (Det), W. Welker, TJ Housch, & D. Mason I know that I'm overstocked at WR and need an every week starter at RB. Other people know that I can afford to lose a WR. Knowing this, people have offered me terrible trades, but I just got offered Pierre Thomas for Steve Smith. I know that I'm losing the trade under normal circumstances, but I think this solves my problem without really hurting my chances. Opinions? Post yours and I'll reply. Company of Heroes
Looks like a pretty good deal for you. I think Steve Smith will still get plenty of catches and yards, but the TDs will be spread out between lots of targets. Meanwhile, PT should get plenty of goalline work. You need more options at RB, and you can give up the WR. Please see mine.
RAIDER209NATION
Take it. Even thought Smith will finish as a top 10 WR, PT sould also finish in the top 10 at RB. And your also still solid at WR
cbreese
i agree that it will be a good trade for ya, thomas may be getting off the brace soon so he should do even better and smith is great to have but giants do have other options with the pass thanks for your input on mine
ark
You should go ahead with the trade before the PT owner changes his mind. You have good WR depth. Although Mario may be most affected, Steve Smith may also loose some touches to Nicks.
