Cutler is more talented than Garrard, has a better O line, and (albeit maginally) better receivers also. After getting their butts handed to them and his favorite target getting sidelined, I see a statement being made against a horrific pass D. And actually, after last weeks performance, Atl moved to 22nd against the pass and STL moved to 25th. I see Chicago trying to get Forte going against the Atl 24th ranked defense.
