dfine
My kickers I have stink. I have Kris Brown and Jon Kasay. I must have 2 Kickers on my roster at all times and must start 1 each week. For each waiver wire it cost a good amount, so I want to do the right thing. I have to drop a kicker for a kicker. I was thinking of keeping Kris Brown for later in the season. But I need a kicker this week and for the future. Here is the scoring. Longer distances get more points. XP = 1 point: 0-34 yards is 3 points: 35-49 yards is 5 points, 50 + is 7 points. Here are my choices. I really like Jason Hanson of the Lions. He has averaged 10 points a game this year. I was really thinking of using him this week if I pick him up. Detroit might be missing Stafford and CJ this week, so that worries me. But Detroit might score 9 points, but it might be all field goals. He has also been money when getting a chance to kick, which is pretty good. Josh Scobee (JAC) is inconsistent, but has been getting a lot of chances, except last week. Could do well this week, but not reliable for rest of the season. Jay Feely(NYJ) is good kicker, but not great. He is on a good team, but won't get a lot of FG most games, because Jets seem to score. He has at least 1 field goal a game. For this week, the rain at Jets scares me a little. I would have to start Brown at Cincinnatti. So who do you think I should pick up and drop Kasay for. I might be in the minority, but I really like Hanson for the season and this week. But I will listen to other opinions and then make the best decision. Even though I am leaning towards Hanson, I really haven't made the final decision. Thanks.
