mrip
Jones has been getting it done this year. With Sanchez stinking it up I'd expect Jones' load to increase. Will the TDs continue to roll in or is he a prime sell high target this week? Edited October 19, 2009 by mrip
T_bone65
I am not afraid to play both Jones and Washington in 1 of my leagues
Rovers
Jones is a quality start against bad rushing defenses. Not so much against good rushing D's. He still gets GL carries, but his running style only works when he has a lane. He does a hop, while he waits (too long IMO) to read his blocking. If there is a lane, he takes off. If there isn't, he has no momentum to carry him through arm tackles at the LoS. Funny thing is that near the GL, he never hesitates. He power runs into the gap he is suposed to hit. TD's are hard to project from game to game, but Jones can still get yardage against D's that are not strong against the run. He'll likely do well against Oakland next week. Against good D's, it's a crapshoot, as his value depends on his GL opportunities.
