abishagenaden
So I'm currently alone at 6-1 in my league, with the lone loss coming because I didn't realize soon enough to swap MSW out that day he got suspended for his booty call. There are some tempting names on the WW but I'm not sure who to drop (if anyone) from my team to pick them up. I'm probably not changing my 2-Def setup, because with their matchups I'm set for the next 5 weeks. Also, I need a QB since Brady's on a bye this week. Thoughts? Scoring: PPR 12-teamer, bonus points at mileage milestones, return yardage points scored too. Roster: QB: Brady RB: AP, Ray Rice, Shonne Green, Choice, Felix, Chester, Beanie WR: Colston, Housh, NewSS, MSW TE: Gates K: Tynes DEF: SD, NO Available: Mike Wallace Alex Smith Bulger Fred Davis Thanks in advance! That's Gross Man
I think as far as QBs go, I would pick up Smith to hold you over till Brady comes back from the bye. I do like Mike Wallace but not sure who you would drop for him. Possibly Chester, but I see that you probably have him as a handcuff
abishagenaden
I think as far as QBs go, I would pick up Smith to hold you over till Brady comes back from the bye. Possibly Chester, but I see that you probably have him as a handcuff Yeah Chester's just a handcuff right now, but unless I am desperate for immediate wins (like if I was 2-5 or 3-4) I think it would be way too risky to drop him. The problem with Smith is that while he has some nice matchups later on, this week when I have Brady out he faces the Colts and I don't see him doing very much. That's why I figured Bulger against the Lions might be a good alternative. Looking at my roster again, I figure if I really have to drop someone before Sunday it would be Choice for a QB. Seems like he's not going to get opportunities as long as Barber and Felix are healthy. Would that be reasonable?
JOEKLEZIE
I would explore the trade route....My suggestion would be find a team weak at RB.... offer Wells(coming off a solid game, and should remain the starter in AZ) and Housh for an upgrade over Housh(maybe S.Holmes, S.Rice, B.Marshall) and there backup QB(preferably someone with a solid matchup). Just a thought.
