Would I be giving up to much if I offered Calvin Johnson and a RB (Mendenhall), BUT what about a combo deal of Slaton and one of the 2 WR's for a RB, and 2 WR's of mine? Why would he give you AJ or 85 when they have scored almost twice as much as Calvin and haven't missed games with a knee injury? For Mendenhall? He's scored less than Slaton so far so he isn't the golden nugget you may think either. He won't give up tier 1 WRs for a RB that wouldn't even be the leader on his team in my opinion. I dont like the combo idea. Who would you start with AJ, or 85 if you had to give up Calvin and Jennings for example? It seems you'd be in the same boat you're in now. Big picture, every offer you have helps you at each position but costs him at each position. He gets less in return at each position so why would he deal?
