LEAGUECHAMP
This is for the playoffs here folks! I've got to make the best decisions possible so help a brotha out! LOL! McNabb @ ATL (still waiting to see what's the outcome of DJAX and CELEK's status for Sunday) Palmer vs DET (Home game for the Bengals) Not sure which guy gives me the best shot of winning. QB's are awarded 1 pt per every 50 yards and 6 pts per TD Now on to the defenses: CIN vs DET (I'm a LITTLE scared of Megatron going off) OR TAMPA vs CAR (Just picked them up thinking Delhomme would be playing poorly. Now Matt Moore?) So what do you think? I really need to get it right on BOTH! Leave a link and I'll be happy to assist with yours as well. WashingtonD
I know the Tampa D is a trendy pick this week, but I don't like it....they are on the road and Carolina is going to run the heck out of the ball, limiting the opportunity for the INT turnovers. Cincy's offense has been a bit unpredictable, but their defense has been solid, yes there is the danger of Megatron going off, but the Cincy DBs have been very effective in limiting #1 receivers. I'd comfortably slot in Cincy there. Lil early for me to weigh in on your QB issue, let's see how the injury news and practice reports unfold over the course of the next two days...I will say this, I have not been impressed with Palmer the past really four weeks and if you throw out his 5 TD performance against Chicago, his numbers on the season are very middling. electricrelish
I see McNabb having a good day against a weak Falcons' secondary. Jason Avant will fill in nicely for DeSean Jackson. Carson Palmer has been an adequate fantasy player this season. More upside with McNabb. Cincy D all the way. It is the Lions. Megatron has only gone off in two games and that was against the Bears and the Browns. CJ also played well agains the Vikings both times, but I wouldn't say he went off. The Bengals' secondary should be able to to contain him. I say go with the Bengals. Edited December 2, 2009 by electricrelish
