Grant, J. Charles, or Beanie

Ok Folks,

I need to pick 2 out of the following in a PPR league:

Ryan Grant vs. Sea

Jamaal Charles @ Cinci

Beanie Wells vs. St.L

Which 2 do I start?

Leave me a link and I will also answer yours.

Thanks!

I see your dilemma, and Charles is posting some great yardage. The Rams made Houston's running game look non-existent, but Beanie is starting to push through the line finally. Grant could be on a team that puts up over 30 points against a happless Seattle defense. I don't favor any of the three as busts, but my favorite two are Grant & Wells because the Bengals and the Chiefs running all day long on both sides of the ball should eat up a lot of clock, and also the Bengals have been a top 3 run defense up through week 15.

You need a 3 sided coin to make this call ... all are reasonable choices. Charles has the poorest match up, but he's pretty much been the entice KCC offense since becoming the starter - and should have the edge over Grant/Wells in a PPR format. Nice match up for Grant, who could put up some good yards in garbage time as GBP presumably grinds out the clock starting say, in Q4. Wells has been strong the past few weeks, but still seems to be losing red zone carries to Hightower for reasons that remain obscure.

I think you almost have to start Charles based on past performance, and my coin toss between the others came up Wells, but I could make just as strong a case for Grant this week.

Good luck.
